[Syrupmakers] Sorghum maker in Iowa

Has anyone heard of a syrupmaker in Iowa with the last
name of Bowersox. They made syrup starting in the
1800's and continuing up into the 1950,s. I believe he
used a steam engine to pull the mill and steam to cook
the syrup. Thanks so much,
