You MAY be "cutting it close" (pun intended!) on restoring your mill before harvest season.

Hello Everyone,

I have the use of a Cane mill made in Knoxville Tn. By" Fair Foundry"
Two plates on the mill have Crusher No.2 on them.
I am in the process of restoring this mill . It seems to be in fair
shape "no pun" :) .
My question is does anyone out there have or know of any information
about this mill? All I can find out is the company started in 1865 and
used cannon balls to make Rail Road spikes. Maybe the mill has some
Civil War iron in it!

Oh the Sorghum now stands 7 to 8 feet with heads starting to come out.
                  Thanks Bill
