[Syrupmakers] Stainless pot and burner size

Bill,

In broad terms, about 75,000 BTU should be plenty.  "In broad terms" 
covers a lot, such as wind across the pot or furnace efficiency, and so forth.

I don't know how you plan to fire the furnace/cook top, but you may 
need to consider vaporization rate if you LP cylinder is small and in 
a cold area.
