[Syrupmakers] Stainless pot and burner size

Hello Everyone,
Well I have found a mill that the owner will let me use for as long as
I want. I'll need to check it out and clean it up some. All he wants
is a few quarts of Sorghum each season.
I have about 1 to 2 thousand stalks that are about 5 to 6 feet tall now.
And I'm wondering if a 75 quart stainless stock pot will work until I
can go with something larger? Also what size propane burner would
anyone recommend. This is my first time at this as well as a pretty
big garden I have put out this year. If I really get into it I'll
plant about an acre of Sorghum next year.
