[Syrupmakers] Getting Started With Sorghum

Three gallons would be great! I went out and counted the plants. I should
have around 300 stalks if they all keep growing. Some are pretty close
together so I assume some of them won't make it. Can you dig and transplant
the stalks? They are not waist high yet.
I do plan to save some of the seeds as I think I would like to plant more
next year. I will be a little better prepared then. This was a last minute
decision this year. I just planted the seeds in early June.
Regarding the stove trick, would a juicer/steamer do anything? Someone had
also suggested that and I do have one I use for fruit.
