Isn't it strange that the "Syrup Bucket" better identified as an ice cream freezer bucket is very rusty, and paint gone, with the hole for the water to drain off, with the brackets to hold the gear mechanism, etc has such a clear and legible label on it.  Hmm m m m . Sorta makes you wonder doesn't it.
