What are the dimensions of your pan used to cook 30 gal batch? Just curious what cane you are using also.

Made syrup here in south LA. today. Ground 30 gal juice. got 4+ gal syrup. Cooked to a temp of 226. Plan on cooking again Tues. It was cold here today just above freezing first thing this morning. About the same Tues morning. Hope to do ad well Tues.
