       If your shafts are only worn you can have them turned down at a machine shop and bushings installed. I did my # 12 and they are like new.

      JT, on mine you DO NOT remove the shaft. The shaft and roller are all one piece of cast iron. The gear is separate. I realize that there might be a later model that had a two-piece design.
