Hi Dave,

I usually get my seed from the NSSPA.  A link to their web page is here: http://www.ca.uky.edu/nssppa/production.html

I think I read a paper or went to a talk about varieties of sorghum, probably at the annual meeting of the above association.  I went a couple of years ago when it was in Lexington, KY.  They tested many different sorghum varieties gather from around the country.  I think that they found that a lot of the different varieties were actually the same, but just got named for the local region or grower.  Seems to me I have a list, but might have to dig a bit to find it.
