[Syrupmakers] Growing ranges

Dave,
     Dale is a longer growing season variety--a LOT longer than Mennonite. If you can grow Dale, then I would heartily recommend trying 130 day Theis from MS. It has disease resistance, height, yield, and mild syrup--the mildest that I have tried. The juice was as mild as GA Yellow Gal sugarcane !

I have read plenty good about “Dale” but thought it wouldn’t make it here. You or your brother wouldn’t happen to have a small amount of Dale seed I could try as a test patch, I would pay of course.
