[Syrupmakers] Spotless # 34 cane mill

I'm a complete newbie here and am trying to find some, any, information on a
Spotless # 34 cane mill that I have a lead on for $150. In particular I am
hoping to find out what RPM the shaft should be turned at. I assume
(dangerous thing) that this was horse or mule powered but would like to
power it with an old slow speed engine I have. The casting on the side reads
"The Spotless Co. New Perfection No. 34 Cane Mill Richmond Va.". I've
searched the net and only found an old advertisement for it here;
