Raymond,
    I too was wondering what knd of mill this was since it wasn't very visible in the photo. And, also, what was the purpose of the cooling tower? You don't allow syrup to cool much before bottling.

    Kevin, this looks more like it is designed to process apples. I can see it being used for cider or apple sauce. I have trouble seeing this outfit do cane.

Y’all check this out I saw on Harry’s.  Interesting to say the least.  A completely mobile sorghum production rig…looks kinda like a feed grinder on front, but who knows…
