Steve, I've been kinda hanging out, watching to see if you found some help.
I'm in Seneca, SC.  Not extremely far from you, and could help you with
milling.  However, I've only been doing this for 4 years, and am NO expert.
I cook in an 80 gallon kettle.  When do you predict yours would be ready?  I
could maybe bring the mill to you, but the cooker doesn't move.  I'm willing
to help you if I can and if you don't find help closer to you.
