[Syrupmakers] Golden #2 Question

I have two Goldens No. 2 Improved mills and the large roller is not grooved on either.

I already had one #2 New model but decided not to pass this one up even though I am trying to get started restoring my 27. I think I pick the most expensive hobbies with the most hard to find parts. Oh well,you've got to have something to worry you.
