Sam: I also have wondered about sorghum flour. Is there a difference in the seed from grain sorghum and seed from cane that we grow for sorghum syrup? Clayton (sorghum)

Subject: [Syrupmakers] sorghum soppin
At the syrup tastins that i attended, I was quite amazed that i could not tell the difference between sorghum and cane syrup.
So, i planned to plant some sorghum this year.
at the same time, I was looking for a mill to grind my own corn into cornbread. It seemed to me that i heard something about grinding sorghum grain into meal, and making pancakes out of it.
I want to try it. Yall keep me in mind when you get some sorghum seedheads ready for harvest. I will help gather for my toll.
