[Syrupmakers] cp-510 mill by International Harvester

Does anyone have any information an this mill that I
might use?  Spacings on rollers, hp needed to pull it,
etc?
It is a 3-roller horizontal mill, fairly small too. 
One person told me he thought it was a juice mill.  I
plan to make syrup with it if I can.
