[Syrupmakers] cane mill rolls

I have a large cane mill that needs to be regrooved
and needed some specs. on how deep the grooves need to
be. The mill weighs between 7500 and 8000 lbs. and
looks similer to the Victor mill on Syrupmakers. The
dia. of the large roller is 20 inches with a length of
19 inches. The small rollers are only about 9 inches
in dia. It must have been powered by a steam engine
etc. because the drive pully is 48 inches with a face
of 11 inches. It also came with a wooden bagasse
carrier that is in good condition. I will post some
pictures of the mill a little later. Your help will be
