[Syrupmakers] hydrometer

Tell them that you need a hydrometer for syrup.  we cook to about 34
approximately....I still look at the fleece on the syrup.

The information I need is what scale do I buy and how to use it. Do you have
to cool the syrup before getting a reading or what? What reading to take up?
