Ken,
I have a few hundred stalks of Ribbon cane this year. I don't want any more of it. It grows slowly, blows over easily and doesn't come back from stubble well except the first year for me.
Now, I have a few stalks of 2 different, but similar, Ribbon canes which grow more like GA Red chewing cane. It has less pretty stripes but stands well and grows well and comes back from stubble well. I plan to increase my planting of these 2 strains.

Charles, why do you grow so many different varieties? Is there anyone on this list that still grows the ribbon cane variety?
